About Bart

Bart joined the Hillis properties team in 2023. He has been in commercial real estate for 30 plus years where he’s worked from the ground up. Bart put himself through college installing “For Sale” signs for Walter Dickinson, Inc. which later became Colliers International. Upon graduation he became the Director of Market Research before transitioning into sales. Bart focuses on purchase / sale and leasing transactions for Industrial, Office, Retail and Land properties.

Bart grew up in Jacksonville and graduated with high honors from the University of North Florida. In his free time he enjoys surfing, fishing and cycling.
