About Jason

Jason Diaz joined the Hillis Properties team in 2022. He focuses on purchase / sale and leasing transactions for Industrial, Office, Retail and Land properties. With 25+ years of professional service industry experience, Jason is rooted in authentic client relations, attention to details, and acting with integrity to achieve his client’s goals. Prior to joining the Hillis Properties team, Jason was a PGA Golf Professional managing operations at various private country clubs throughout the country. His transition into the Jacksonville’s commercial real estate industry was been extremely rewarding and he embraces the ever-changing marketplace.

Jason is a graduate of Penn State University and active in the PSU Jax Alumni Chapter. In his free time, Jason enjoys working on his golf game and experiencing different local restaurants & breweries.
